Last Day of Challenge

So today is the last day of our challenge. I haven't blogged in about a month. I had to look back and see what I was at the beginning of the challenge and I was at 184 and now I am at 180 so down 4 pounds for the challenge but I have gone lower than that throughout the challenge but then went up. I think I have been losing the same pound and then gaining it for awhile. Oh, well.
I have been exercising. I did day 20 of the 6 week challenge today on the EA Sports Active, so I have to figure out what I am going to do after that. I have also done some walking, gardening, etc. I also bought the Weight Watchers, Eat, Move, Play book about 2 weeks ago. I have read almost all of it and I have tried a few things out of it and like it so far.
Our garden has been giving us lots of fresh veggies, so far we have had broccoli, green beans, yellow squash, lettuce, spinach, basil, rosemary, kohlrabi's, and we have peppers that are almost ready to pick. We also got some fresh cucumbers and zucchini from an aunt so I made 3 loaves of Zucchini bread on Sunday night. They were yummy! It is hard to always eat right when you can be distracted by treats and eating out etc because of vacation and hot weather so I am happy that I have lost a little for this challenge. I have lost a total of 24 pounds since November so I am happy with that. Can't wait for the changes that are coming and a new team challenge. I hope I mesh with my team this time.

Happy 35th Birthday to me!

Well today is my birthday and so far it has been okay. I weighed in and I am at 179.5, the same as last week which is just fine especially since I have my TOM, we had a stomach bug at our house last week, my two oldest had strep and my husband and I did out first 10K last Saturday. WOOT! So being at 179.5, means I have lost 24.5 pounds since November. Yippee!! I still have more to lose but it feels amazing to have lost that much. I just feel so much healthier. The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans is having a Lands End giveaway this week for Swimsuits and I would love to win one. I have not bought a swimsuit in who knows how long and I really need a new one. Hope I win.
For my birthday I have the day off from work and my husband is home since it is Wednesday so we are going to Green Bay later for errands and because we have dentist appointments (me and the boys), how exciting. We will probably go out for lunch or supper, not sure where yet. Big decisions to be made.

Our first 10K went pretty well. We walked it. I did the 5K in 49:31 but right after that I had to go to the bathroom and I waited in line for almost 10 minutes to use the porta potty so I tried to catch up to my hubbie and friend, Jess but I never did. I finished in 1:46:25, with a pace of 17:08 per mile. I was really a little quicker than that but the stupid long line. Oh, well. I finished 13,779th out of 18,000 and some. I really pushed it at the end to catch up to them so I was really sore on Sunday but feel a lot better now. We have friends who did a tri a few weeks ago who really inspired my husband to want to do something like that so he found a dualathon he could do in October so now he is really considering doing that. We will see, I hope he does it.

Weigh In after Memorial Day 6/2/10

Well I am happy to say I am only up the same .5 pounds that I lost last week. At least it wasn't more than that. Honestly after traveling and having a few cookouts I am glad that was all it was. I did not do true confessions yesterday but I do have some to get off of my chest:
I drank a soda, first one since Easter and it wasn't that good.
I had ice cream, popsicles, gelato (yummy),more than once this weekend.
I did walk 3 miles on Sunday with my mom, hubbie and my 10 and 8 yr old walked it too while the 3 year old was in the stroller.
I did do some gardening.
I did get to hold and cuddle my new niece, Finley who is 8 weeks old.
I did sign up for a 10 K on June 12th, The Bellin Run in Green Bay, WI.

Okay so some good mixed in with the bad. We did have a great time visiting with my family from Friday afternoon till Sunday evening. We got home late and then Tom and the big two were in a small Memorial Day parade for Cub Scouts on Monday morning. Then we had lunch and I took the oldest two to see, "Diary of a Wimpy Kid". It was good. Now reality started yesterday with daycare and school again. My kids last day of school is this Friday, the only have a half a day. Then we will see how I can find "me time" to get in my exercise.
I did walk 3 miles this morning too. I have drank my 64oz of water since Sunday. I watched Jillian's new show last night but I did not do the tworkout. I will be thinking of you ladies doing your half marathon this Sunday, a friend of mine is going to be in our area and she is doing a triatholon on Sunday and I think we are going to go and watch and cheer her and her hubbie on. Good luck to all.

May 26, 2010 New Challenge Starts Today

Hello Ladies- Hope you all had a good week. I am happy to report that I am back down to 184 after going up last week because of my TOM. Next week hopefully a loss. We spent the whole weekend planting our garden and flowerbeds so I got exercise in that form but it was hot. It was 87 on Sunday and then 93 on Monday, which is just too hot for May in Wisconsin, that is more July and August weather. We don't have central air, just some window air conditioners but they aren't in yet so that made it hot. Sunday we went out for ice cream since we were done planting and because it was so hot. I had a turtle sundae and enjoyed every minute of it but really debated long and hard with myself if I should have it so there I have changed a lot since last year. I knew it was okay to splurge as long as it isn't all the time. Plus with the heat I hadn't really eaten a lot all day just drank water.

So for those of you who are interested in what I planted in my garden,(Heather)as usual I bought too many plants and seeds but we found room for all of them. Somehow we always do. So I bought Asparagus roots and they are planted, we won't see anything till next year. Also got some rhubarb from a friend and that needs to be planted tonight. I bought a flat of everbearing strawberries which also need a home and then I am going to get some raspberries from my mom this weekend. Yeah, So that is all stuff that will come back each year.
Now my garden has plum tomato and cherry tomato plants, red, yellow, green and jalapeno pepper plants, kohlarabi plant, Leek plants, red and yellow onion plants, green cabbage and red cabbage plant, broccoli plant, eggplants, basil and rosemary plants. Then from seed we did carrots, beans, peas, basil, cilantro, yellow squash, zucchini, watermelon, pumpkins, squash, cucumbers, beets, jalapenos, spinach, and lettuce. You think it was enough? LOL
We haven't had the best luck with watermelon, squash, pumpkins, eggplants or zucchini but everything else usually comes up. So come August I will have my hands full with lots of fresh veggies, Yeah. We eat what we can, share some and then freeze whatever can be frozen. I run a family daycare so I can not used homemade canned food but I can use homemade frozen food. So if anyone has any good recipes for freezing veggies let me know. Thanks. I'll post pictures soon, my hubbie went along to a field trip today and took the camera.

Week 2 of the 21 Day Challenge

I am happy to report that I had a loss this week. I am at 184, which is down 4 pounds from last week. Yeah. I have been trying to walk as many days as I can for my exercise. The weather plays a huge role in that especially as I live in Wisconsin. Yesterday it was 75 degrees out with some wind, just beautiful. Last night we had thunderstorms that produced some tornadoes about 1 1/2 hours from us but made it so the biggest loser wasn't on because they cut in for the tornado info so I only got to watch the first 10 minutes and the last 10. My boys were not happy. So hopefully they will replay it or we will have to look online for it. Now today it is only in the 60's but extremely windy. We did go on a walk this morning, about 2.5 miles. I also did some gardening.
My goals for the challenge have been to take a multivitamin everyday and I have since last Friday, drink at least 64 ounces of water and eat at least 3 veggies/fruits a day and I have been doing all three. The last goal was to exercise everyday. I have not gotten something in everyday but I since Friday I have gotten exercise in 5 days, so I only missed one.
I would like to retake my measurements as I feel like my clothes are looser in some areas but the scale doesn't always reflect that. So it has been a good week.
I really need to work on getting rid of my belly as that hasn't gone down a lot. Any suggestions as to what exercise works best for this? Just good ole crunchers? Thanks. Have a great week.

21 Day Challenge

Wow, it has been a month since I have blogged. I am doing the 21 day challenge but I just started today, 2 days after it started. My goals/habits that I want to start are:
1) Drink 64 oz of water everyday(Did it today)
2) Take a multivitamin (Just did it, had to buy some at the store today)
3) Eat 3 Fruits/Veggies a Day (Ate broccoli, fresh pineapple and a orange today)
4) Exercise everyday in some way shape or form (walking, gardening, dvd, wii, etc)

I did not have a great week this week as I have not been feeling well. Monday I woke up feeling all achy, and I think I had a fever and then the rest of the week allergies hit me and I am all congested, etc. So I have not had a real workout since Wednesday when I went for a walk. I am hoping to go for a walk tomorrow morning with the hubby if the rain has stopped. Grandma and Grandpa are up for the weekend so they will be here when the boys wake up. Yeah!!

My weigh in on Wednesday was 188, I was up 3 pounds. I also just finished my TOM so who knows what next week will bring. I am excited for a new challenge and to get back into the swing of things.

True Confessions (First Time)

So this is my first time confessing anything on True Confessions Tuesday! I confess that I lost my motivation to exercise last week and it stunk. I was doing the 30 day shred with the sisterhood and I had missed 7 days but was on day 5 of level 2 so I was half way done but I had a few days of not being able to fit it in like usual and then my hubbie and kids weren't doing it with me and I have to admit I was kind of sick of it. It is a great workout and I was seeing results & I want to finish the other 15 days but I stopped. So on Sunday we worked out with the wii and it had been 6 days without real exercise. Yesterday I gave myself permission to do something instead of the shred and I did 30 minutes of step aerobics with my new riser for the balance board. I felt it and could tell I hadn't done it in awhile. Then I did it again today. So I think I found my motivation again.
I also have to confess that I have been a total crab for about the last week. It is TOM so that was part of it but then my sister had her second little girl last Wednesday and she swallowed amniotic fluid on her way out and by Thursday she was in the NICU and is still there. She is doing much better and should be home by this Thursday or Friday but they will have to be very careful for awhile because she is going to be able to get sick from others quite easily. So that was stressing me out big time. But thankfully she is much better and all is good so I am not so cranky anymore.
My last confession is that I don't like the team challenge as much as I thought I would. I don't want to hurt anybody, etc but my team doesn't have the friendship and encouragement thing going like some of the other teams. I don't mind about the actual pounds lost but I am a little jealous of how well some of the other teams are motivating each other. So I guess my truly last confession is that I have been reading some of the other teams posts so I know what is going on with everyone still. =) Thanks for listening.

Spring Fling Week #2

I don't have a lot of time today but I am down 1.5 pounds. I am at 190. I have been here recently and went back up but with doing the 30 day shred now I don't think I will have a problem losing. That is one hard workout. I have done all 3 days so far and it is a great workout. I am sore but it feels good. My husband has done it so far too. He is also very sore. I also did the tworkout last night too. I started late as my boys had wrestling practice so I got most of it in but not all. I have been drinking more water this week and making pretty good food choices. My son turned 3 on Monday so we have had birthday cake once and will have another party on Saturday. Plus an uncle made homemade ice cream for the first party. I had a small amount of each but I still had it. Well I am off to play trains with Zander, he has some new trains he has to play with now. =)

Spring Fling Challenge

So today is the beginning of a Team Challenge. I am on Team D. I weighed in this morning at 191.5, I am up 2 pounds from last week. Suck. It is my own fault. I have not had the best eating this week. Had a wrestling tournament on Sunday for the boys and ate Nachos with cheese with meat. Had milk with it. Saturday I went scrapbooking all day, yeah for me, but I ate frozen pizza for lunch. I made brownies to take with and ate those a few times over the weekend.
As far as working out I did okay. I did not get my workout in on Friday or Saturday but I did workout on Sunday and I finished my second 6 week challenge for the EA Sports Active. Yeah. So no the problem is I don't know what to do for a workout. I did the biggest loser for the Wii on Monday but it didn't have a workout scheduled for me and I didn't find/make the time to do one other than a 10 minute one. Yesterday I had a daycare kid come early and then the book fair at school for the kiddos so I did not workout then. Wednesdays are usually a rest day for me but since I have totally slacked this week, I am going to do the step aerobics on the EA Sports Active. I was kind of waiting to see what this challenge involved to know if there was going to be some kind of fitness challenge. I already have the 30 Day Shred. A friend recommended it in October and I did it a few times before we started the EA sports challenge. I am looking forward to doing it again for the whole 30 days.

Weigh In Wednesday and SJ Olympics

Well I never blogged last week but I did weigh in at the Sisterhood. Last week I was at 191.5, which was a 4.5 pound loss from the week before and a total Rethink Your Shrink loss of 4.5. I have lost 12.5 pounds since Nov 4. Which is pretty sweet.

So this week I wasn't sure how weigh in was going to go because I haven't had the best eating this week but I have done a lot of exercising. I weighed in at 189.5, which is a 2 pound loss from last week. Yeah. I only have 2 more days until I finish my second 6 week challenge on the EA Sports Active. After that I think I am going to start the Biggest Loser for the Wii. I have also been competing in the Shrinking Jeans Olympics. I have done the 3minute hula hoop and the 3 mile walk. I did the push-ups and crunches and 1 mile dash (not really a dash at all, but I did it). I tried the jumping rope and yesterday I did my first Plank Hold. Today I am going to do the wall-sit. I am trying to do at least one thing a day. I have gotten completely out of my comfort zone with some of these but that is not a bad thing. Thanks.

I am so excited about the next challenge and that it will be in teams. That should be fun and a way to meet some new people.

I am really looking forward to spring which in WI will still be a few months but can't wait to get outside to walk and garden, etc. My 2 year old told us last night that we were going to mow the lawn today. We said well we can't because there is all that snow and ice on the grass. He told us it was going to go away and we could mow the lawn. It was pretty funny, even he is ready for Spring. Have a great week.

Seroogy's Valentine's Run/Walk-First 5K Ever

Well we did it. Our first 5K ever. We, my husband Tom and I, walked our first 5K. I ran here and there but only to catch up to my hubbie who has a much longer stride than me. Let me tell you it was cold out there today. We live in Wisconsin and it is February so obviously it has potential to be cold but it was cold. It was about 17 degrees at the start of the race but the sun was shining. The wind picked up for a while and then it was even worse. I had on yoga pants, jogging pants, two long sleeve shirts, a sweatshirt, my winter coat and headband, hood up and big winter gloves. Once I started to walk and we got out of the wind I actually got hot. It was fun.

I felt such a sense of accomplishment for doing it. I have to say we have talked about doing a walk before but never followed through with it. But because of joining the sisterhood and reading everyone else's blogs and hearing about all you do I knew I could do it too. I was tired by the time the 2 mile marker was passed but I kept on. I don't have my exact time yet but we finished in 51 minutes something. About a minute after us the people who were running the 15K (9 miles) finished. But it was still really cool to do it and I am proud. We are now talking of doing The Bellin Run in June and I have my mom convinced to do it too. I am not sure if I will run or walk it but we are going to do it. Thanks ladies. I am soo happy the day I found you all. Thanks Jess B. for telling me about them.

Here are some pictures from today. One of me from before we left this morning. One of the crowd before the race (there were at least 1500 people there, even kids who finished before us, like a 5 year old), one of me before the race and one of a sign with the temperature as we were walking.

Weekly Weigh-In

So I am up 2 pounds this week. So I am at 193. I am okay with that. I just got my period and was snacky yesterday and I have a nasty cold thing going as well. I did work out last Thursday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. I did the last chance tworkout last night while watching The Biggest Loser. It was very cool. My kids even did some of it with me. I drank 32 ounces of water while doing it. I think I might try to do it when I am watching tv at night. The only other show I try to watch every week is Grey's Anatomy and The Practice. I did not write a letter to myself for last weeks homework. I guess I am still thinking about it in my head.
I did not have the best eating choices over the weekend but I did try to. My boys had a wrestling tourney on Saturday so I had a hamburger and some nachos, but I had water and milk to drink. Then on Sunday we had our annual meeting at church so there was a potluck after church. I had some really yummy lasagna, 7 layer salad and 2 desserts. I had milk to drink. I even did an extra 10 minutes of step aerobics that morning to try and offset any extra eating for that day. Oh, well, I really think part of the gain is because I have my period. I have kept up with my exercising, if anything I have done more.
I think we are doing the Seroogy's 5K on Saturday morning. My hubbie said on Monday he wasn't sure as his knee was bothering him but now last night he said it was all better. So he is taking our forms in today to sign up. So even though it's only supposed to be 25 degrees out we are walking our first 5K. Hopefully the windchill will not be too bad. I'll let you know how it goes.

Week 4 Weigh In

Yippee!!! I am down to 191 from 196.5 last week. I lost 5.5 pounds in a week. Yeah. I was 196 when we started this challenge so I have lost 5 pounds for the challenge and I have lost 13 Pounds since I joined the Sisterhood in October.
I think the biggest difference between last week and this week is that I have been drinking a lot more water. I have been keeping up with the ea sports active 6 week challenge. I have been working out on Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday. I would like to do some more workouts on the weekends but life has been crazy busy lately that there just isn't time.
I made Christy's recipe for the Creamy Swiss Steak this week and everyone liked it. I also made the Caramel Cookies from Christmas time yesterday and other than the first pan burning (oops)they were great. The kids loved them.
I ate out a few times over the weekend too but I tried to make good choices. I ate out at our local diner on Friday with Zander (I had no daycare kids)for lunch. I got a yummy strawberry salad with nuts and grilled chicken breast and a lemon dressing. It was sooo good. Then on Saturday Zander and I had tickets to go and see The Very Hungry Caterpillar, live. After that we ate at the mall. I had chinese from the mall but instead of getting the noodles or fried rice I got the steamed veggies but with Bourbon Chicken. Who knows how many calories, fat, etc it had but I tried to make a good choice. =)

Why I rock!

Well I have to admit this was hard to do. 5 Reasons why I rock.

1-I have three beautiful children who drive me crazy sometimes but that I love to pieces and wouldn't trade (usually)=).

2- I am determined to lose weight and be a good and healthy example to my kids. I have already lost 10 pounds since October.

3- I volunteer at church through teaching Sunday School, making food for diff. events. I also am involved at the Elementary School with PTO and helping teachers in any way I can.

4- I learned to knit this year and I have made 4 children hats so far that I have given to others. I am still learning how to do it, but I like it.

5- Finally I rock because I operate a family daycare out of our home and have been managing to fit in exercise at least 4 days a week, make meals, do dishes, do laundry, play with the kids, keep the house clean , blog on here and have some downtime for knitting, tv, reading, etc.

Thanks for making me think of things I am good at too instead of just focusing on the things I want to change.

Wednesday Weigh In

So I weighed myself this morning and I am up 1.5 pounds. 196.5 pounds. Not sure why. I know I have not been drinking enough water as I have been busy and running around crazy all day long lately. I have been exercising 4 days out of the week. I have been eating more fresh veggies and fruits. I don't think I have been eating badly but I got a bunch of compliments last week from people telling me how great I looked and that it looked like I lost weight, etc. That was great but maybe without realizing it I let myself relax and not watch my eating as much. I really don't know but it is only a little gain so I will try to add an extra day of workouts in and watch my food intake and drink up lots of water.
I was really late posting last weeks Monday Homework, the motivation wall as Zander ended up at the doctors last friday with Strep throat, which would explain his complaint of his head hurting for the week prior. We thought he had a virus cause his fever only topped out at 100.2 the Saturday before. Last Friday morning he woke up complaining he had something in his ear so we took him in thinking it would be a ear infection and his ears were perfect, thank goodness. We didn't really want to start those again. But he had a yucky throat and it is strep. So anyways him being sick made my whole schedule on Friday go out the door and I didn't get my homework done and didn't get to it till sunday night. Soo... if you haven't looked at it yet your are welcome to. Thanks.

Motivation Wall Project

Well I am a little behind schedule since this homework was due on Friday and it is now Sunday but I did it. We have had a little sickness at our house and lots to do. So here it is. I am a scrapbooker so I decided I was going to do a 2 page layout for my motivation wall. I titled it, "My Journey". I am going to hang it here by the computer where I can see it everyday.
I have a before picture on top left of me in December 2006 when I was about 6 months pregnant with my third son. I was very big in the chest. Then I have a picture of me from May of 2009 about a month after my surgery. Big difference, right? I have my goals listed as well of a picture of my reward. I defined what motivation is and what motivates me. On the other side I have no picture yet as that is going to be my after. I have a listing of the first 5K we are planning on doing in a few weeks. We will just be walking it but we are doing one. Then I have a picture for the Bellin Run that is June 12, 2010. We are planning on doing that one. Maybe running? Don't know yet. We even have our 10 year old and 7 year old thinking about doing the kids run.

Rethink Your Shrink: Weigh In #2

Well here it is week 2 of the newest challenge. I am down to 195 pounds. I lost one pound this week. Not much but it is something. I finished the EA Sports Active 6 week challenge last Friday. I rested on the weekend. Then on Monday I did the Biggest Loser for the Wii. It was okay. Yesterday I started a new 6 week challenge on the highest intensity for the EA Sports. Today I did the Biggest Loser again. So I have already worked out my three days for the week that I set for my goal. We are eating less processed foods. I have been trying to buy more fresh produce or frozen. I have been making better snack choices like oranges and apples. My other goal was to lose 10 pounds. I am on my way.
We even looked up the Bellin Run today to see when it was for sure in June. It is June 12, 2010. They don't have the information out there yet to sign up but we printed out last years information. We are also looking at doing a 5k in February, but we are just going to walk that one. We are still unsure because the weather could be really bad since it will be the first week of February in Wisconsin. My parents might come up that weekend and if they do we might do it since they'd be available to watch the boys. The only bad part is that it is sponsored by Seroogy's, a local chocolate/candy store that is awesome. The actor Tony Shaloub is part of the family that runs the store. They are giving away chocolates after the race. Well time for bed. Loving the sisterhood and feeling healthier.

Project "Me"

(Okay so this is the first time I have added photos to a blog. I wanted the photos flip flopped but, the top one is me this summer at the Zoo after my surgery. We have this picture with some others on our computer slideshow and looking at that belly was part of my aha moment. I never had a noticeable belly until after my breast reduction and they no longer overshadowed it. =) The second picture is of me with my family at my nieces baptism last February about a week before I fist met the surgeon. I know you can't really see how chesty I was but I didn't let pictures be taken of me that often and I always tried to hide somehow.)

So first lets say how awesome the Sisterhood is and how I love all the support and encouragement I get. Thanks Jess for telling me about the sisterhood. Second I finished the EA Sports Active 6 week challenge and I am so happy that I followed through and finished it. Yeah!! I have worked out every day this week since Sunday. I think I am going to take a break for a few days. Okay now for the homework.

What didn't work in 2009 or beyond?
Well how about the fact that exercise was not part of our routine. We( my husband and I) talked about it but didn't really do anything to change our habits. Our eating habits are not that bad. It is more of the lack of exercise. The biggest obstacle was finding/making time to do it. We both tried here and there but never at the same time. I think the difference this time is the sisterhood and the outside support and my husband and I are both working out and changing our eating habits.

My rock bottom moment?
Well I have always been a very large chested person. I always said that when we were done having kids I was going to go see a dr about a breast reduction. I don't think anyone really believed me, but once my husband had his "procedure" done and we knew we weren't having anymore kids I saw a dr to see what he thought. He told me I was one of the biggest chested women he had ever seen. Nice!!! So they took pictures, sent them to the insurance company for approval and it came back as approved because of being medically necessary. I had constant back pain, grooves in my shoulders from the weight of my breasts and bra straps. Now I asked if I lost weight first would that make me lose enough of my breasts and he said, "No" I was just too big. So I had the surgery the Wednesday before Easter in 2009. They took 6 pounds away. Yep, 6 pounds. I was like a 44K, now I am a 42 D. So my issue with trying to lose weight had always been my breasts and what was the point because even if I lost some weight you'd never notice because I was so big on top, etc. So it takes 6months to a year for everything to be normal after that surgery and it took awhile but I knew that once I had smaller breasts that I wanted/needed to work on the rest of me. So I don't know if it was actually just one moment or if it was more that it took me about 4 months to mentally get myself ready to make that commitment.
Bad Habits? Triggers?
Snacking and chocolate. Stress is a major trigger. How to solve? Try to resolve the stress so I don't want to eat and find a different release like exercise/blogging, etc.

Good habits
I gave up soda about 6 months ago and only have it occasionally. I take a water bottle with me everywhere. I try to bring healthy snacks with me if I think I will be hungry while out and about. Trying to get rid of the convenience foods and processed foods but that is much harder. Making little changes here and there like we switched to whole wheat tortillas from flour and we now add a can of black beans and corn to our taco meat to bulk it up. Now as long as I continue to exercise and find some new healthier meals that the kids will eat too we are headed in the right direction. I already did my goals for the challenge but I will add that we are talking about doing the Bellin Run in Green Bay, I think it is in June. They even have a kids run on the Friday and the adult and family on Saturday so it might be a family affair. Even if I just walk it this year or walk/run I want to do it.
One of the best benefits of exercising regularly is that my kids are doing it with me, even the 2 year old wanted to exercise with me the other night. He was so cute trying to do the stretches and exercises. Thank you Sisterhood for pointing me in the right direction.

New Year, New Me

Well I haven't blogged in like 3 weeks. It was just too busy with Christmas and getting ready. We were also having computer issues so that didn't help either. So here we are on another Weigh In Wednesday, I am at 196. I finally did my homework for last weeks Thursday assignment on the Sisterhood.
My goals are: to exercise at least 3 times a week.
: to lose 10 pounds
: to eat less processed foods.
Reward: Buy the riser for the wii fit balance board for step aerobics
Track: Will mark on the calendar how often I exercise, how many pounds lost, not sure how to track eating less processed foods. Just have to stop buying them. =)

I also need to work on Friday's homework. I have worked out Sunday, monday, tuesday so far this week. I plan on working out the next three days so I can be done with the 6 week challenge for the EA Sports Active, I got a little behind with Christmas, New Years and sickness. I am looking forward to this challenge and making changes in 2010.
